It's all based on low carb food. People are not allowed to eat large amounts of carbohydrates, so they can also lose weight sustainably.

There should be an ebook on the subject metabolism diet written. No exclusive recipe book.

It should be a step by step guide for overweight people who leads them to their desired weight.

It is important not to use meals with rice, noodles, potatoes, cereal, oatmeal or the like.

There should be a 7-day nutrition plan with simple meals that people can easily imitate. Schematic of the nutritional plan: breakfast / snack / lunch / snack / dinner

Furthermore, a lot of background knowledge on the topic of proper nutrition should be included in the book.

Once again, please do NOT include an exclusive recipe book.

Please write a list of metabolism-promoting foods.

In addition, which foods should be strictly avoided: refined sugar, grain, wheat, refined flour, refined salt, etc., please do not research missing.

It is a top priority that the book includes all the tips to ensure that people reach their desired weight.
