Convert site from AS2 to AS3

I'm willing to pay $250 for this only because it needs to be completed by Sunday night/Monday Morning United States Easter Standard Time.
My client has a small site in AS2 that needs to be converted to AS3 so we can implement some Box2D.

1) I need this updated to AS3.
-- It needs to have the "slide" effect from screen to screen
-- The submit form needs to output one submission text email for the submission and one HTML email to the user as a confirmation
2) I need the floating objects to behave like: [url removed, login to view]
--This is where I was told the Box2D physics engine comes into play, due to the collision sensitivity.
--Each group of floating objects should stay within the 1024x768 bounds of their respective screen.
Order of priority:
1) AS3 recode of "slide" effect, navigation menus, rollover buttons, submission form
2) Floating Objects with collision and boundaries
There is a third part Creation of an HTML email for confirmation, but I'm still waiting on copy from client for that.
