Hi,
I need someone to design a simple 5 pages website for me.
The requirements are a follows:
1. Should be web 2.0, with glossy effect graphics, I will provide samples.
2. Should include logo and Flash banner.
3. Should be editable in notepad, so that I will put the contents myself.
4. I won't pay until I get the complete source, I had bad experience few times while outsourcing.
5. Should be able to communicate regularly via IM.
6. This is a low budget project, preference will be given to the lower bid
7. I want this project to be completed within next 3 days.
