Need Header Created & Website Color Adjustment

I am creating an oil and gas accounting website for a group of female accountants. Unfortunately I don't think my design is fitting their tastes (I think they want something more soft and a header that includes female accountant/worker at a computer.)
Requirement:
I need a header created off of what i've already done at:

You will basically need this in the header:
Oil rig or "derrick" in the background. Image of lady or ladies at computer that is blended into the header. If you can leave the accounting books that I have already added, that will help.
Ideally the section of the header with the lady/ladies at the computer and or the part with the oil rig will expand above or below the header .
Here is a simple example of what the buyer wants. It is not difficult, but I would prefer cleaner integration of the people.

Project requirements:
1) Create mock up of header. Be willing to adjust if the buyer isn't 100% satisfied.
2) Change the background colors of the site once the user gives me a better idea.
Nothing else is needed.
I need the mock up of the header almost immediately though. If you cannot get me a rough draft by tomorrow, please do not bid.
I will put 100% up front into escrow and I pay quickly.
