Do some Excel Work

This spreadsheet is a list of products in an online store. I need to match the item numbers to those in the spreadsheet from the retail store, then add the tag "webstore" to the ones that match.
So, to break it down:
Column A has a long list of numbers.
Column B has a long lizt of numbers, but it isnt as long as Column A.
I need the numbers in Column B matched to the numbers in Column A. IF THERE IS A MATCH, I need the tag "webstore" to be added to the Tags column.
I cant figure out the formula, whether it be MATCH, LOOKUP, ?? and it is driving me crazy.
If you are an Excel guru, hopefully this is going to be easy.
