Maths Solution to Calculate Leveling of Odds and Profit in Card Game

Straight forward project. After placing 3 bets at certain odds and money , if the 4th selection comes into play we need to calculate the new odds and the money required to what they call in the business " Green Up " . Meaning whatever happens we make money or do not lose any money. There is only 4 selections so it is not a massive job. Can be excel spreadsheet or basic programme. So to clarify I enter the odds of 3 selections to win a certain amount which the programme will calculate, if the 4 th selection comes into play the odds will change and I enter the odds for that and the new odds for the other 3 to green up. Gambling or Betfair experience may be helpful to you to understand but in short its pure simple maths.
