Basic Financial Model: Sale & Leaseback Calculator

I have a simple financial model that I want to update and run some analysis of sale & leaseback scenarios. The model need to once completed be able to:
- Process basic sale leaseback assumptions (asset purchase, cap rate, debt, interest rate, term of lease, asset appreciation or asset depreciation);
- Show KPI's in a summary table;
- Model an early exit from portfolio working a valuation back from the cap rate a new investor is willing to pay.
there are some other things I will discuses later
Basic model format attached which can provide the foundation of what the model would look like.
