Hi There. We are planing to develop a web application for CAR Rental System which gona use the data provided by GPS Transmitter. We finished development of the GPS device. It will load the data into a database table and the other web application can read/use data from that table. We do have a list of requirements, but at the same time we are looking for a ready made application for that car rental system. Our budget is around 3 to 4K USD.
