ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE Problems -- 3

Are you good enough to solve these Artificial Intelligence problems? The due date is five days after project being awarded. All code used to solve the problems are part of the project and is required to be delivered when project is delivered, and it should be in C#. I also need to know all the tools used. Some problems might require using Hugin and See5. Any person to be considered must have a very high completion rate and a seasoned freelancer not just started on freelancer. Payment will be fulfilled only after I see and verify the solution. I'm willing to do partial payments, that is, you finish a problem, u send it with its code or the tool used, and I will verify and release a payment proportional to the delivery. This is an artificial intelligence project. C# is the requested language. Will consider C++ if developed on MS Visual Studio 2008 and higher.
