Design a DC motor control system to run the 48V DC motor at 40rpm up to max load of the motor. You are responsible for designing the control of a 24V supply along with the speed sensing and feedback controls. The given motor is NOT designed to run at that low speeds. Measures have to be taken to overcome this problem. The other hurdle is to find a way to produce a speed-proportional signal for the feedback to keep the speed constant for varying load.
