Delphi Developer for Ongoing Development in AUS

Hi,
We have a client that we provide software development and support for them, they have a desktop version and an online version. The desktop version is written in Delphi which unfortunately we don't support so we need someone that can assist us on an ongoing basis.
We require an expert in Delphi and MSSQL who can work along side our development team on an ongoing basis to provide bug fixes and feature development as required.
As such we need someone that is ideally located in Australia so that you can work in our timezone / liaise with our team. If outside of Australia we're only interested in people from English speaking countries as we need to be able to communicate easily.
You will be expected to think for yourself, think out side the box, provide feedback and ideas on how we can improve the system and most importantly provide clear communication at all times =)

This job is ideally suited for someone who is either a full time freelancer, another development house, or someone with lots of time on their hands that can reliably provide the work as needed. We expect that when we are given timeframes that they be met as best as possible =)
