Dear Freelancers,

We are looking for a dedicated team of level 2 & 3 Customer Support Representatives for our website. Our software allows you to chat with our clients using your desktop, laptop or Tablet device.

Most chats are general informational questions, and we have prepared written responses to most questions.

If a question is not listed, then you must refer the issue to an administrator.

Please note that we are a global site, with a huge presence in the U.S. so that most chats will be in the U.S. during daylight and early evening hours in the following time zones: EST, CST, MT and PST.

We will pay a rate of $0.05 per chat. Most sessions, last 30 seconds to 60 seconds. When a chat request an alert is shown in your web console.

Conversations that have already been answered, without any further responses from the customer must be closed or marked as resolved, after 24 hours, to keep the interface clean and manageable
