Attached is a list of 500 companies. The list will contain a company’s name, ID number, website, Facebook URL, and Twitter URL, and phone number.
Your task is to fill out a webform based on research that you will perform by calling the company’s phone number. You will make phone calls using a program that will provide you called Talkdesk. You will be provided a username and password for Talkdesk. You will have to call the company between 6:00PM and 6:00AM PDT. You will also have create a Facebook and Twitter account and write a post on each company’s Facebook and Twitter account. You will then have to record the response time for each company on Facebook and Twitter.
