Admin Assistant with Office Autopilot/Ontraport Experience

We require a Virtual Assistant for our business with the following skills:
Very good knowledge of Office Autopilot/Ontraport and how to use it to automate tasks, manage sales and client lists
Very Strong written english skills.
Administration & Data Entry Experience
Calendar Management & Scheduling Skills
Email Customer Service & Support Experience
Good problem solving skills and initiative
Experience updating content on wordpress preferred but not essential
Experience with Zendesk Preferred but not essential
The Position:
The position is with a business coaching company. Your day to day responsibilities would include:
Managing & Maintaining our Office Autopilot CRM system including, setting up campaigns as per instructed, processing sales, list segmentation, data entry.
Answering Customer service and support requests via email & Zendesk
Occasional Calendar Management for staff
Some research and report writing
We require someone looking for a long term opportunity and with an eye for detail and the ability to work in a self directed manner once assigned tasks.
The role will be 10 hours per week on trial, transitioning to full time within 2 months for the right person. You must be able to work in the Australian Eastern Time Zone from 10am (UTC + 10 hours) so this role may suit a Filipino or someone in a South East Asian Country.
