I need to rebuild the retaining wall that goes up the hill beside my driveway. It is 2 foot at the top of the driveway and 10 ft at the bottom, and it connects to a 4 foot retaining wall that runs across my entire front yard and on down the street. Per local code anything over 4 ft tall has to be drawn into a plan by an engineer.
