(Version QT4.8.4 used on Win8.1)

"Arc Modulation" for orbits with curves (see attached fig.): The height of amplitudes should be modified by the Y scale. The fullness of the arcs could be modified by X scale, without changing the length of the amplitudes. This as first suggestion. You could implement another similar method, for example with only the Y setting and the corresponding X modulation would be find by interpolation so that remains a similar arc/curve. This here beside few adjustments (text, save last settings).
