RC Car Body Surface Modeling

Surface modeling of a radio controlled car body from an 1/10 scale plastic body. I would prefer to have this surface model in Solidworks, or be able to import into Solidworks.
The original plastic body do not have intricate detail (grill, headlight, air ducts....). Body is symmetrical, so modeling one half and mirror the other side.
Would prefer if the modeling can be done with photographs only. ( As the next project will be a clay model where it cannot be sent physically)
Please provide portfolio of similar type of work done before bidding.

It is impossible to get the same curvature of that surfaces. Because it is taken from a photo. I can do the most similar surface, and then get male and female.
