I need someone to develop a Windows Forms Application using VS 2015. This application is to use in a medical clinic to record patient data. Need to develop forms to view and list for the below entities and need to record the details.

- Patient

- User Profile

- Drugs

- Patient Visits

- Lab Tests

- Locations

- Activities

- Drug Inventory

etc..

This will be connect to an API so you only need to design the forms and call the API to show the data. Also need to post data when click submit button etc.
