I would like an Etsy application users can download on their Android phone and use to manage their Etsy sales and items.

The application would need to do the following -

* Allow users to login to their Etsy accounts and see items that have been sold and relist items manually from the application.

* Allow users the option to automatically relist items that have been purchased, and set the amount of times each item can be relisted. This is the most important. If I sell an item on Etsy, I want it to automatically re-list without having to login and relist it manually, or have to set a time for it to renew. Relisting costs $.20 on Etsy, so there needs to be the option to set the amount of times the item can renew.

* Allow users to automatically renew listings at a set time or an interval, like this site - [login to view URL] and application - [login to view URL]

* Have a set budget amount where the relisting / renewing application cannot go over a certain amount. For example - $20 per day, etc...

I would like the application to be user friendly and impossible to use without purchasing.

I am completely new to programming, languages, or mobile applications, so if you bid, please message me and let me know what ideas, programming ideas, and design thoughts you have for the application.

I have added a crude mock-up of what I would like the program to look like, and I am willing to offer a percentage of sales for continuing development and to make up for the low project budget. I would like the project in 3 weeks or less. This is the third time I have re-posted this project. Please look at the Etsy site and API and ensure that this project can be completed before you bid, I will ONLY send funds through the Freelancer site and will not Western Union payments.

I have several other applications in the future I would like to develop and would like to create a lasting business relationship.
