Animation of animal - Flash for website

Hello,
I am looking for someone to design a short animation similar to [url removed, login to view]
It will be used for the top of a website as a flash banner.
The whole animation will be no longer than 20 seconds.
Must be able to work with our artist to create the cartoon animal we will use.
