Content Writer - Female POV

I am looking for a writer from the US only!! Do not bid unless you are a female writer with a point of view on American culture.
I have a site that I purchased a while back. It's [login to view URL] and my idea for the site is to create a op-ed site where women can express their opinions and engage in intelligent conversation regarding the issues facing America today. I am not looking for anyone type of content in particular, popular topics can be anything from sexual harrassment to raising children. Ideally to be awarded this project you will be able to contribute a minimum of three articles per week. You will also be interested in a revenue share agreement based on advertising sales.
If you can bring more writers to the site that would be most awesome. Together we can build the site and split advertising revenue.
I am willing to pay per article, just not a lot to start out. This is a test project and I would like to see it gain traction, however I am not willing to spend hundreds of dollars on content to have a flop.
In your bid please quote me a price to write 20 articles based upon agreed upon topics. Articles should be 600-800 words and hyperlink to supporting opinions or other news worthy articles from established sources.
If you are well connected in social media please drop me a PM and let's see what we can put together, I am open to some suggestions as long as it does not veer too much from my initial ideas.
Site is Wordpress and 8 years old. It's primed and ready to rock with the right content.
