Using a bot to send mass inbox messages to users of the app Telegram

We want to send a message to people in the app Telegram through their inboxes.
Do these steps to see if your bot is okay to do the task:

2. Create an account or Sign In
3. Search for a group in the application. ( exemple : type @gagchat in the search bar and join it)
4. Open the group page and click at the top on the name of the group
5. A new window will open, scroll down and you will be able to see each member of the group
6. If you click on each member profil, you are able to send a message to each members
