Audio engineer needed for small jobs ongoing

We have some voice talent coming in to record for IVR menus, and hold audio. We need the recordings mixed and engineered to sound great over the phone lines, and also with music added where needed. Please you need experience doing something like this before, and must have some nice demo material to include with your bid. We have a recording setup installed here, and will, be offering the service to the public soon, so good results will mean ongoing work if you want it.
