If anything need negotiation, there is no need to bid.
What I need:
1. I need you to be responsible with good English.
2. Able to follow instructions clearly and do not provide excuses.
3. Must be able to provide at least 6 articles of 500 words or equal amount of work per day.
4. Able to work on the rate of $1 per 100 words. means $4 per 400 words, $5 per 500 words, $8 per 800 words and $10 per 1000 words.
5. Able to work for long term. I do not need people who would work for 1 day and then get vanished. We need serious people who can seriously work for long term with us.
6. We can pay weekly basis on Sunday. Unfortunately, we wont be paying any advance or milestone…. If you do not agree, please do not bid. I m not looking for any negotiations
