Native English preferred, however anyone with a very firm grasp of English will do. I am looking for someone capable of creating an article (or taking an article I provide), and rewriting each sentence 8-10 times each in Spintax; this process requires a very extensive English vocabulary. From that point I would like words within those sentences replaced (spun) with synonyms. Access to spinning software, such as the best spinner, is highly recommended. Articles produced from the spintaxed version must have a very high level of read-ability. If/When I find someone that can produce these quality of articles, I would purchase additional articles (10-15 initially, and more weekly).
