We need to do an handover on a project followed by an Indian company. They worked on the project for one year but now the cannot follow us anymore. The work will last at least one year. We need a full company that will take care about Product Management, Back-Office (Node and MongoDB), WebOPS, Web Angular, Mobile iOS and Android.
We would like go in Agile. Paying monthly. The first month, the product manager has to get the full business involved, describing the different services. Since the first month won't be so productive; we would like to have a lower rate for the first month and than arranging it accordingly based on your speed, and seniority.
we are looking for senior people. Please avoid to apply if you are not a senior even in one the mentioned technologies. We cannot waste additional time.
We would like to pay monthly for the below skills?

1 - Node and Mongo Dev
1 - Web
1 - Android
1 - IOS
1 - QA
for 6 month up to September (first commitment) 4.000$.
$2000 for the fist month to get knowledge of the project.
