The goal of this project is to make a proof of concept app (no complex ui to be done, even no ui) of an android app that is able to block outgoing SMS sent from native SMS application (and on non rooted device)

The coder is not obliged to use the same principle as this app. The goal is to achieve the same feature and with same limitation.
Ideally the solution must work from Android 2.2 and above.
Please bid only if you are able to do this project.
Since this is a POC (proof of concept), I expect the coder to deliver the code in 1 day delay
This POC will lead to another project with higher really higher budget (more complex rules, features, UI). That is why this project budget will be limited (only POC part)
