Hi, the job is simple and easy. I need a google play developer account, not merchant, just publisher account to upload free apps for now. I know it requires one time $25 payment, and my budget if $60 for who can set it for me within a week.
So, what you need to do is, from my part, i'll give you a new gmail account, and you have to sign up a google play publisher account and get verified along with the google checkout payment. Once the process is completed, and the developer account is verified for that email, our job is completed.
