The tax returns are for a California LLC taxed as an S corporation. Other than that, it should be pretty straightforward. We are a dropship ecommerce company, so no inventory, no depreciable assets, etc. The company also has no salaries this year.
Because the company is a California LLC taxed as a S corporation, preferred candidates should be versed in both California LLC tax law as well as S corporation tax law. Candidates having familiarity with controlled foreign corporations (CFC) and subpart F income tax law should state that as well, although CFC / subpart F tax law knowledge is not necessary for this project.
