Create and add reporting functionality to my application

I have a restaurant wait listing system already created but previous programmer got sick and cannot continue. He was working on creating the reporting functionality to be able to display live analytics and charts as well as ability to generate activity reports. The entire system is using ASP.net on server-side scripting and HTML5/CSS3/jQuery on client-side scripting. This is a completely web-based application intended for use as an SaaS app for restaurants to access via browser.
Although this is a relatively simple project for anyone who is ASP proficient, this can lead to much more work if the results are done well and quickly. I have a very quick deadline for this so be prepared to get on it right away. Also, if you can read/write chinese, that is a plus! ONLY WILL CONSIDER USA-based or CHINA-based applicants! If you are not USA or China based, do not bother.
