3d scanning app with automated crop

I want a 3D scanning app made (either Lidar or photogrammetry). The most important thing about it will be that as the scan happens, the app automatically crops a diameter of 8cm with a thickness of 0.5mm, (support material accommodated) so that cropped section is ready to be 3D printed. Once payment happens, that cropped section will be emailed to a hub to be 3D printed.
Im open to using open source 3d scanning code - provided I can use them freely in my app and maintain the IP for my app
The exact mobile app I want is 1. SCAN NOW Do a very basic 3D scan (of the top of any teapot looking down on it) with the scan taking about 3 seconds. 2. As soon as the scan is complete, a circle will automatically crop around it with the lid handle exactly in the middle and the circle will have a diameter of 8cm. 3. PAY NOW the person who does the scan will pay using the app (choice of payment systems and need to include their address) and when they pay, the 3D scan (which will be only 0.5mm thick but also include support material) will be automatically emailed to a popular 3D printing hub like [login to view URL]
I am happy to pay freelancer.com the entire amount to hold securely until the job is complete - but only want that payment to be transferred to the freelancer once the job is 100% done because if only part of this job is done, it is no good to me
