Hi ,Imy project is to create a 3D estate animation video, It will be on 5 acre land , I will send u the site plan so you do it in accordance to the site plan. I will also send u vedio of the homes I need u to incorporate in to planning of the estate as they will be the homes that are going to be built on site .How u plan the estate is how the homes are going to be build. I need a 3D animation to be able to show my clients how the entire estate going to look like when fully developed. It will consist of 3 different type homes and a club house with a tennis court and basketball court ,street light, play grounds/ relaxation park with trees next to club house,fence , main entry and exit gate / security post. The houses total are 25 and club 1.
Finished product : 3D animation video of the entire estate ground and Arial veiw, a walk through the street all around showing the estates (north ,east ,west and south), a view or walk through inside the homes- one for each design. In addition u will also attach me a nice photo of the entire estate for me to print out. Good luck
