There is a voice over taking place in one scene, however, there are excerpts to the scene that then flash back to the major scene. The narrator is presenting to a Task Force before the President. He is speaking of events that transpired (which would be animated). The scene goes in and out to the room that the briefing is taking place. There is also applause needed from the audience. The room where the briefing is taking place should be an animation of someone speaking to a panel in front of an audience behind them. The content is 12 minutes long. At the end of the briefing, I would like for music to play with words on the screen for about 3-5 more minutes.
