I like your tips that you've given.. I'd like a little more emphasis on the fact that this is a "21-Day elimination diet" to help reduce inflammation so that they can get their lives back

I'd say something like "the conventional way that our society has taught us to 'treat' inflammation is with medicine that has incredibly dangerous side effects, which often outweigh any potential positive."- 5 years ago
