Contest Brief
We are looking for a wordmark for our denture range.
We are currently using "UltraGrip" (see: https://thedenturepractice.com/ultra-grip-dentures/) which is working VERY well for us. Unfortunately, for various reasons (non of which brand/marketing related), we need to change the word/brand. This can, however, be used as a guide as we were very happy with it. An example of the "UltraGrip" wordmark is attached.
Main Word: TrueGrip
Variants:
- TrueGrip
- TrueGrip Pro
- TrueGrip ProPlus
- TrueGrip Ultimate
Target Demographic: Women (60%) and men (40%) who are 55+ years old
Key concepts behind the wordmark:
- dentures will hold strongly to the gums (and not require denture glue)
- premium range of dentures
- high quality
- reputable
- exclusive dentures
Additional points:
- this is a word mark and not a logo (word must by the main part)
- the word "dentures" can be incorporated in the word mark (see UltraGrip example)
- "TrueGrip" is the main part of the mark and must be dominant and the same for all variants
- "Pro", "ProPlus" and "Ultimate" are descriptors that should be less dominant
- NO images of teeth
- must work in colour and as a black & white logo
- must be a different colour scheme to our green/brown colour scheme (as you can see on our website) as it needs to look like a separate brand. The UltraGrip colour scheme worked really well.
