Design attractive t-shirt for swimming pool business

Basically, I want my logo on the front left chest of shirt, but want it to look neat and attractive, maybe like a circle design around it, just a cool t-shirt people would like.

Then on the back, I liked the idea of the image I have uploaded, this type design maybe, just not so many things listed, I was thinking like putting something like.....

Laugh, Swim, Relax...... (Superior Pool Service)

Something along those lines, just a catchy little phrase.
