Transform provided architectural renderings, floor plans, and specs into a fresh, modern and luxurious design.

What We Provide:
・Old Design Materials: Renderings, floor plans, specs, and SPK.
・New Concept Inspiration: Images and text to guide your creativity.

Your Task and Minimum Requirements:
・If applicable, Integrate elements from the old design as you see fit with our new concept.
・Photo Realistic Renderings: Your submissions should look as real as possible - can't look like CG.
・Video Requirement: You will provide video renderings at handover.
・Add accurate view of landscape.

Winning Criteria:
・Renderings that standout and give the Wow factor.
・Photo realism in all renderings.
・Effective use of the new concept guidance.
・High Quality video renderings.

Regarding any type of roof structure.

Awnings (like attached extendable type) are OK - as long as they are “temporary”. Nothing can be attached to the structure.

Please also keep in mind the challenges of of managing 15m of snow per season.
