I want Mickey mouse to be redrawn here are the changes needed

- Redraw his left hand to be open and able to hold something
- redraw his right hand with no needle and just kept to the side of him
- also redraw his eyes open wide with big pupils

ive just attached how is hands and arms should be placed with a model figure

P.s you can vectorize the whole image and just change his arms and eyes
