Contest Brief

Hello, I have a very simple flyer I need prettied up. You have total creative control over the fonts and colors.
Nothing has to be placed exactly as it is here, so feel free to do what you think will look best.

I don't want it to look like a Word document, I need more creativity than that.

"No" is always the wrong answer, so those responses might look good if they are somehow depicted more negatively.

If you use our logo, you can change its colors. We are working on rebranding and do not love the black & gold. You do NOT have to use the logo.

  Image is in your hands. We're an architectural firm. I supplied the text, attached. I do not have a good eye for images, so that's all your creativity.
