Contest Brief

Dealey Media International is a digital marketing firm located in Dallas, Texas USA. I have a site we'd like to duplicate as much as possible with royalty free images, that DOES NOT give access to obtaining a report from the site but INSTEAD replacing it with a video explaining our unique proposition in the marketplace for the health professional industry.
The web site to duplicate, which we own, can be found at DealeyReputationManagementPlus.com. We need to eliminate the BUSINESS tab and replace it with WHY NOW tab and text. We also need to include our logo, place a video on the Home Page header, as well as tie the domain to the site from GoDaddy.com. Any other assistance of aiding to place the new site on our server. Files.
For this contest, I'm looking for a Home Page to look at with pictures and places for copy as well as how you would design the header so that the video is on top of the image in the background please.
