I like the simplicity and readability on this.
However, I have couple of comments:
1) Alignment should be all LTR, especially on the right section.
2) Can you try another approach for the loaders in TECHNICAL SKILLS section. I believe we can get more space if we consider maybe having skills as circles? 2 items in a row instead of 1? give me ideas?
3) I mentioned in description point 2) that i'm willing to add extra line or 2 lines in each Work Experience saying what technologies I used the most. Read next point maybe it helps you to get such space.
4) The header is taking height much more than needed! I think if you make every 2 items in a row we'll get more space. Also, decrease photo frame.
