we need some one to redesign my website and to be creative

1. My site is in PHP and to do migration to Wordpress in C-Panel

2. I will give you all the content: footage for home page+ all pictures and writing in French and English

3. You do eye catching design like the model i will give you
architecture same thing just the content and video and picture are mine

4. Mobile responsive + UHD graphic I need high resolution

5- very important when you scroll down after home we have a page of about us and after business sector and in the end contact us

And when you click on the menu list we have : another page with : home-about us – business sector and contact us
