Contest Brief

We are looking for a redesign of our application. We want to make sure the interactions with it keep simple and obvious. The idea is to make the use of this app as smooth and intuitive as possible. We are open to different styles.

It is a desktop and mobile app built around the pomodoro technique (“pomodoro” means “tomato” in Italian). It is focused on time tracking and task organization, so people can improve their performance by understanding how they use their time. The technique also highlights the importance of keeping concentration during regular intervals of work without interruptions; these intervals are called “pomodoros” as you use a timer and the creator of the technique thought about a kitchen tomato timer for the name.

We require initial design images for determining the contest winner, and HTML & CSS files for the finished product using Bootstrap 5.

Unfortunately, due to the proprietary nature of the app, the source code cannot be provided.

      Ravnish, I've been thinking about this. Our final product would ideally be HTML and CSS. But if you think you cannot do it, please submit the proposals. If we like the design very much, I can try to create the HTML and CSS code myself in the worst case scenario.

      I've been thinking that perhaps asking for the email of the designers is not a good idea. I don't want any of you to feel insecure.     Hey, I need a clarification please, Once you choose the winner are you accepting the winner to redesign the full website with the contest prize? Or it is just for selecting a winner to work on the full project?

      The idea is to redesign the full website. But if you look at the screenshots, you will see there is only some work to do in the login and sign up pages. The others are more lists, create, update and view pages.

      Hey Mehedi, thanks for the comment. We are not activating the guaranteed paid because we are not sure how this works. My understanding is that if we don't like any designs, we still have to pay. If this is not how it works, please enlighten me.

      But we are dead serious about this contest. And if we find a design we like, we sure are going to pay.
