Contest Brief

I am creating a character to use for music productions. I need an animated character for starters. If this goes good i would like to have more promotional material made using the character. this can be an ongoing contract or a one shot deal.
IT IS OK TO DO SOMETHING ELSE BESIDES THE ROUGH DRAFT I PROVIDED. I SIMPLE CHARACTER JUST NEEDS TO BE CREATED!
I WILL BE MAKING THE CHARACTER A MOTION CHARACTER IN THE FUTURE.
