Contest Brief

I'm looking for a new picture for dispatchers. I've included a picture for you below. This is how it should look in retrospect, only that it should reflect a disposition. Preferably with a headset. Change clothes if necessary. The new picture should be exactly like the old one, only as a dispatcher instead of a train driver. Many Thanks. I look forward to the submissions.

UPDATE:The black top is to be removed. A white shirt should come for this. Roll up your sleeves a little.
