Thank everyone for their submissions. I would like to encourage all submissions to stick with the blueprint as it will be important to be able to make this work in such a small space. The linen press MUST be included in the work, as well as these items:

1. Only 1 washer and 1 dryer.
2. The space isn't large enough for a stand-alone table so we will need a place to fold clothes somewhere,
3. We want a mix of closed and open (hanging?) cabinetry.
4. We like neutral colors for walls, but would consider experimenting with colors on cabinets. (Blues, greens)

We need help in designing our Laundry in our new home! Some of our "vibe" is modern/traditional. We have already picked out the sink (white apron sink) and the washer/dryer, which are "gun metal blue" front-loads. On one wall we want to feature an antique linen press right in the center (photo attached). On the washer/dryer wall we are thinking we need a folding table, perhaps on top of the washer/dryer. We are open to all colors and wood. The door to the laundry from the hallway will be an antique carraige door (wood grain), and the outdoor door is stained medium brown. The ceilings are 9 foot.
