Contest Brief

We rolled out a new software that is used to copy/rip DVDs. We want to make some tutorials on how to use this software and want to upload the videos to YouTube.
You can find lots of videos about DVD Copy on YouTube, yes, that's what we want.
First we need you make a sample video for us, if this sample can be approved, we will make more.

Here are some requirements about this video:
1. You must be an English native speaker, because we need you speak something when recording the video.
2. You are familiar with computer and have lots of experience on using software.
3. You have some DVDs and your computer has an optical drive.
4. You must have experience on making videos.

Recommend Steps:
1. First introduce why people want to copy a dvd, such as, you may want to store the copy on your PC/NAS or want to watch it on your smartphone etc, you can also add some reasons according to your past experience. (This step requires you in front of the camera)

2. Next you are going to operate the software on PC, so you need to use a screen recorder software. Don't forget to introduce every steps you do.

3. Last, give audience a conclusion about the copy speed and quality of the software.

Video Quality
1080p and higher.

Video Duration
3-5 minutes is better, 10 minutes at most.

Am interested in working on this. However, where do i download the software or you just want me to use any software or method for now as example. Also, is it compulsory that my face should show on the video or can i use only the recorded computer screen

  Hi, it is great that we need a script first, then record the video according to the script. I think this video will have 3 steps at least, first you should introduce why we should do this work (copy DVD to computer for example), then operate the software to finish the task, last you should make a conclusion.
