I am looking for a talented designer who can create a cute and playful cartoonish design of an educated African American female. The design should be fun and lighthearted, capturing the essence of the character.

Skills and Experience:
- Experience in creating cartoonish designs, preferably with a cute and playful style yet bold and edgy
- Ability to depict an educated African American female in a positive and empowering way
- Knowledge of color schemes and typography to enhance the overall aesthetic
MUST INCLUDE BRAND-EPEK in attire

Deadline:
The project should be completed within 1-2 weeks.
