Would like to redesign the company logo.

Company Name: EagleCrest New Homes INC.
Website: http://ecnh.ca
Industry: Custom Builder and Developer (residential and commercial)

What I'm looking for:
- Logo should be professional, modern, and indicative of the business
- Logo to be used for signage, website, and print (business cards, letter head, etc...)
- Logo to be used with company name or stand alone
- Preference to include an eagle in the design (but not mandatory)
- Would like to have full rights the winning design
- Looking for full package for the winning design (Vector files, fonts, JPG or PNG - high resolution, web, and icon)
- Minor modifications for the winning design may be required
