I've created a character for a youtube KID'S channel and I need a logo for the channel. Please see photo of "Blue Lelu" attached. I would like the logo to be different shades of blue and inspired by Blippi Logo.
1. Shades of Blue
2. Blue Lelu is two words
3. If you can turn the image I attached into a cartoon like Blippi that would be great!
I have a video of the character but the file is too big to attach. I think the pictures should give you a good idea as to what I am looking for.

Thank you for all of your entries. Please forget what I said about rainbows, hearts, glasses, stars. Please just look at the two pictures and create a logo for Blue Lelu---the WOMAN pictured. The logo should appeal to CHILDREN.
